Booking Information

Debit and credit cards now accepted for payments over £10. Cheques will be accepted with an appropriate cheque guarantee card, also for payments over £10.

An adult (18 years plus) must accompany children under 12 years old.

Online Booking:
Online booking now available. We have 100 seats, 50 of which per show are available online to book in advance. There is now a booking fee of 75p per transaction (not per ticket).

All bookings are non-refundable and non-tranfsferable.

Booking is a two-stage process. Both stages must be completed one after the other to confirm a booking. First you check availability and book the tickets (this reserves them on our system) and then you proceed to payment. Bookings are only confirmed by making a payment through PayPal. PayPal will issue a receipt for the transaction and we ask that you bring this receipt to the cinema to claim your tickets. Any bookings that are unpaid will be deleted from the system. Tickets should be collected at the middle counter in the Box Office before the show, we do not offer a postal service.

A maximum of 8 seats can be booked by one person. 

If you are purchasing RENISHAW discounted tickets, please note that you are permitted by Renishaw a maximum of 2 adult and 3 child tickets. Please show your Renishaw ID badge when you come to the box office.

If you are purchasing CONCESSION tickets, including membership tickets, please ensure that you bring proof of entitlement (such as student card, UB40, membership card) per person per concession.

Online sales are suspended 2 hous before a show. All tickets are unreserved so you will need to turn up early to secure the best seats. Doors open 30 minutes before the show. Online tickets are collected at a separate window and not the Ticket counter, so avoid the queues at busy times and proceed to the appropriate window. Please bring your Paypal receipt as it helps our accounting procedures.
 

Block Booking:
Block Bookings will be taken for a minimum of 9 (one row) and maximum of 40 seats, only 40 seats are available per show to be booked, on a first come first served basis. All seats must be paid for in advance (minimum one day in advance) and on return of the Block Booking Form. There are no discounts for block booking except those normally available for specific shows (e.g. Thursday Matinee, Saturday and Sunday Matinees) or for Concessions.

Private Booking:
We are approaching a very busy period at the cinema with extra screening planned for a number of films. For this reason, we will not be taking any further bookings for private hire of the cinema until further notice.

Accessibility:
Our cinema is fully accessible for the disabled and our auditorium has an induction loop fitted. If any assistance is required we will be happy to assist.
